Rev. "Charlie O" is from Southern California, married to an amazing wife, Stella, for 27 years.  The Osbergers have two children, Rachael (a graduate of Dickinson College) and Nathan (a student at Frostberg College).

He is a 1976 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.A. in History.  

Between the beach and lectures, he managed to obtain two graduate degrees; MA from Fuller Seminary, Pasadena, CA; and an M. Div. from Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry, Ambridge, PA.  When commenting on his current ministry, Charlie says, "It’s been my privilege to lead the worship and ministry of Wye Parish since 1986. I believe I’ve been given the gifts of a pastor and teacher, with the heart of an evangelist.  The joy of knowing Jesus sustains my ministry.  “Catch the Wave!"
