Rev. Amber Beland

Assistant Minister for Lifespan Faith Development

Amber is a lifelong Unitarian Universalist who grew up in New Hampshire and Vermont. She has a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Ithaca College in New York and continues to be interested in culture and history. She did her internship at Arlington Street Church in Boston and Church of the Larger Fellowship. Amber graduated in 2003 with a Masters in Divinity from Harvard after having the goal of becoming a minister since she was 15 years old. In 2003-2004, she served the Lexington, Massachusetts UU church as the Associate for Pastoral Programs. She likes to swing dance, research French Canadian Genealogy, and do crafts such as cross-stitch. She is also an avid reader. She has a husband, two cats and a dog. She is currently the Assistant Minister for Lifespan Faith Development.
