Disaster Relief
Information
In the wake of Isabel, Maryland has been designated as a
National Disaster Area. This will enable us to receive
State and Federal aid as we work to cleanup and restore our
community. Two national hotlines are available to those in need:
FEMA
Red Cross
1-800-621-3362
1-866-438-4636
You will receive a case number after providing your contact
information and an assessment of your needs. As soon as
possible, FEMA will be setting up Disaster Response Centers
where workers will help you with your individual case. The
Red Cross will also be setting up Family Service Centers
where help will also be available.
If you have had losses or damage, it is important to call as
soon as possible. Please hold onto your case number and
contact information.
