This version of the St. Andrew's by-laws have been re-written to reflect more current terminology and to be more closely aligned with the model on the diocesan web-site. The substance of the by-laws and the aspects governing what we do at St. Andrew's remains largely the same. These by-laws were adopted March 7th, 2004.
