By Air
The nearest commercial airport is T.F. Green Airport (PVD) outside Providence, RI. A great
deal of the traffic through T.F. Green is by Southwest Airlines, which will not
appear on online travel services such as Expedia and Orbitz. For example, they offer four to six
direct flights daily from Chicago Midway to Providence; the travel time is a
little more than two hours.
By Car
Whether flying into T.F. Green or driving from your home, you will
inevitably pass through Providence. From there, it's a little under a
hundred miles to Chatham; however, based on the time you choose to attempt
crossing the Cape Cod Canal and arriving on the Cape proper, the drive can
take any amount of time from two hours to four or more. Don't worry about
arriving too early--there's plenty to see and do in the area, and we don't
want you to miss the party because of traffic!
