For many years, I posted materials on this site that I had written on personality disorders and addiction -- developed via preparation for training and as a result of clinical work and interaction with many professional audiences. Some of the chapters I had written on specific personality disorders and addiction have been posted on other sites or are referenced in what others have written.

Finally, a couple years ago, I pulled the materials together, updated the information, and submitted a book for publication. That book, entitled Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders, Personality Disorders and Addiction, was released by Routledge Publishers in October, 2008. Because the material is now copywrited I can no longer offer it on this site. If you are interested in the book, follow the above link.
